We specialize in Kobe beef, premium Hereford beef,
Berkshire (Kurobuta) & Duroc pork, lamb, game
birds, game meats, fresh sausages and specialty cured
and smoked meats.
Preferredmeats.com. was founded with a single goal
in mind - To provide the highest quality products
available. To develop this goal, Preferredmeats.com
has focused on finding the highest quality products
available, and then maintaining that quality. To accomplish
this, we have gone to the growers and producers of
our fine products to learn how their products are
raised, handled, what they are fed, and how they are
processed.
With this knowledge in hand, we at Preferred Meats
inc keep in close contact and communications with
our customers to better understand their individual
needs, then provide them with the best quality products
and cuts. Our "preferred cuts" are tender. We cut
for better yields. Our
all-natural
hangar
steaks are always "pan ready". Tunnel boned quail
are ready for stuffing or grilling. Our Kurobuta and
Duroc pork are from small family farms.
Our chefs are ready to answer your culinary questions
anytime. This philosophy continues throughout our
product line. We will work with you to achieve the
best product for your needs.

- We are passionate in sourcing breed-specific programs – like Berkshire Pork, Suffolk Lamb, and Wagyu Beef -- so that our customers are ensured a consistent product. Breed-focused programs curtail inconsistencies often found in commodity and even natural programs that cross many different breeds in a single program. Consistent products help build trust with our clients that product quality will not change.
