CALIFORNIA PURE LAMB
Martin Emigh crosses
white-faced Rambouillet ewes with black-faced
Suffolk-Hampshire cross rams and harvests about
5,000 lambs per year. After lambing (birthing)
occurs in a segregated pasture area where the ewes can
be observed, the baby lambs nurse with their mothers for
the next five months. Shortly afterwards, they are
slowly introduced to a diet of the grasses that are
native to the pastureland here. Simply the best lamb we
have tasted.

of American Wagyu beef! Mishima Ranch Wagyu is
upwards of 85% Wagyu. Purebred Wagyu bulls crossed
with Black Angus cows result in F1 cattle that are
recrossed with pure Wagyu again. The resulting cattle
are raised on green pasture then finished on
natural grains and legumes without the use of added
hormones or antibiotics. This results in beef that is
nothing short of stellar.
