feel this is
the way food should be raised – Preferred draws from
smaller sustainable farmers and their products
actually taste like meat should taste, it’s the
flavors I personally grew up with on the farm. A lot
of what is out there protein wise just does not have
the integrity and the distinctive flavor of what the
particular product should be. I have found Preferred’s
products to be superior in that although it is not
local Hawaiian product, we use them along with our
local products because they fit the template of what
our cuisine is about.”
